We accept prepayment, PayPal and all major credit cards as payment options. Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not possible.

Prepayment

 

For prepayment via bank transfer, please send us an email before ordering in advance. This payment option is not available in the shop.

 

Paypal

 

You pay the invoice amount via the online payment service PayPal. To use PayPal, you need a valid PayPal account in which you have deposited your bank or credit card details.

Credit card

 

To pay with a credit card, you pay the invoice amount through Stripe's online payment service. Through Stripe, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and almost any other type of credit or debit card. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment service to make your payment.

 

To do this, Stripe require the following details:

- Credit card number

- Card verification number (written on the back of the credit card; it consists of a 3-digit numerical code and follows the 16-digit card number)

- Expiry date of the card

- Mastercard: your personal "SecureCode

- Visa: your personal "Verified by Visa" password

 

The "SecureCode" and the "Verified by Visa" password protect you from misuse. Since only you know the password, no one else is able to use your credit card at participating merchants. When you pay, an input window appears automatically directly from your card-issuing bank. There you enter your personal Secure Code and identify yourself as the rightful cardholder. The process is comparable to entering your PIN at an ATM. We have no access to this data, as it is stored solely on the server of your card-issuing bank.
