Delivery restrictions and exceptions

 

We deliver all items offered in the shop to the countries listed in the table above.

 

Delivery times

 

The delivery time depends on the ordered items, the chosen payment method and the country to which the order will be shipped. We can send you the delivery time on request.

 

When the goods are dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in the order process. In another e-mail you will find an individual link to track your package.

 

Dispatch to Packstation

 

Of course, you can also have your ordered goods delivered to a Packstation.

 

During the order process, you have the option of entering a Packstation as the delivery address after entering the billing address. To do this, we need the following information:

 

First and last name of the Packstation owner

Personal postal number (8 digits)

Packing station number

Postcode and city

Country

 

Dispatch status

 

When the goods are dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in the order process. In this mail you will find an individual link to track your package.
